"The search for a puppy was on! Based on my past experience, I knew I wanted a Labrador retriever, and I wanted a black one." Wylie was one special dog. She was born in the winter of 2004, one of a litter of 8 puppies, all black. She was a tough dog to raise, but she changed my life. I could not be more grateful to have had her in my life.

Dale is proud to be a Victoria Stilwell Positively Dog Trainer (VSPDT), a Fear Free Certified Professional Dog Trainer, and a licensed Family Paws Parent Educator (FPPE). Her work focuses on teaching her clients how to train a dog, transferring her knowledge to owners so that they can be successful in working with their own dogs and puppies.
Summerwood Sweet Carolina Rhubarb Pie is her full name. She lives up to that name; a little bit tart and a whole lot of sweet. Rhubarb goes by many other names including Barbiepants, The Rhuster, Rhu, PiePie, Shnooka, and Little One. Rhubarb loved puppy training, and is now a fully trained Service Dog. She helps me cope in my daily life. Her one flaw as a Service Dog is that she likes to eat everything, a bit like Wylie in that way! Oh well, no one's perfect. But she is a soft dog and was an easy puppy, unlike her big sister Wylie, the BEST worst dog ever!
